Lithuanian joint stock company "Vingriai" (former machine-tool plant "Komunaras")
is one of the leading producers of high universal multipurpose milling
machines for tool-room production in the East Europe.
Our plant was founded in 1959. Having
begun from bench drilling and universal milling machines mod. 675, our
joint-company is producing high precision efficient milling machines,
special vacuum equipment and other machined parts.
In 1998 we have united with
"Grinding machines" plant producing universal grinding
machines. Joint staff consists of 250 employees.
Following technologies are used,
processing of housings, castings, shafts, bushings, plates (pig-iron,
steel, stainless steel and non ferrous metals), assembling, melding,
heat treatment, galvanizing.
Our plant is equipped with 10 CNC
power centers ("Mazak", "Jidic", VR-5A, HR-4A), CNC
lathes "Pittler", universal milling machines, internal-,
circular-, face-, longitudinal-, grinding machines (W. Coburg, Shipman,
Voumard, Sansei), slotting machines, coordinate-boring machines (Dixi),
slab-machines.
The plant may carry-out orders for
complex details production, assembly, galvanizing.
In 2002 we introduced ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and confirmed CE
mark.
