Combined universal woodworking machine "Uosis" is designed for joinery in repair shops and public utilities, service workshops.
According to customer's request the machine can be produced to fulfill and desirable variant of operations, for 260 mm, 320 mm or 400 mm planing width, for a single-phase or for a three-phase line.
The basic model is a combined surface-planing and thicknessing machine with automatic feed and reversible planing tables.
At an extra order the machine can be mounted with turning lathe, spindle moulding unit or roller thicknessing table.
Most important technical details

Tables of the surface planing and thicknessing machine are of high precision, surface finished and easy to clean.

The thicknessing depth adjustment is conveniently located and easy to operate.

Once assembled, the mortising device need not be removed any more, you can work on the planing and thicknessing machine and use the mortising device without convection and resetting.

Special protector coveres planer knives.

All danger spots are completely covered.

Special backlash eliminator protectes from injury.

Two control desks enable to use the machine from both sides.

The chip ejector covers cutter knives in every position of planing or
thicknessing.

Both planing tables are reversible.

Operation, that can be performed on the machine: surface planing, straight and skew sawing, rebating, slot mortising, drilling, sanding. Two versions of the machine are produced: mod. VT-31EA - for single-phase (220V) line or mod. VT-31EB - for three-phase (380 V) line.
At an extra order the machine can be mounted with turning lathe, spindle moulding unit, scroll sawing attachment.

Ceramic tiles cutter is intended for cutting of ceramic tiles in workshops or at home. It
consists of three basic parts: spindle assembly, tiles carriage and cool water assembling bath.
According to cutting tiles size two versions of cutters are produced: mod. PP-1 and mod. PP-2.

The machine consists of three basic parts: sharpening unit, frame and cooler. According to customer's
request the machine can be produced to fulfil and desirable variant: mod. GS-1.1 - only sharpening unit, mod. GS-1.2 - sharpening
unit on the frame, mod. GS-1.3 - sharpening unit with a cooler.
The machine sharpens teeth inside and outside without removing grinding wheel. It can relieve tooth.
